The Botanica Lab project is the result of a dream that has become reality: uniting the pleasure of
conviviality and good food with change, to support and respect our planet
and the living beings that inhabit it.
Our culinary proposal is an incentive to make more informed choices every day.
'Botanica Lab', the first of its kind in Bologna and amongst the first in Italy, proposed raw cuisine as a stimulus for healthy eating, rich in nutrients and simultaneously tasty and rich.
The recipes are the fruit of research, experimentation and continuous detailed study with the intention of rediscovering and proposing old customs, like the use and consumption of wild plants.
